Dr. Till Veronika trainee lawyer- Curriculum Vitae

I graduated in 2002 in the secondary grammar school Marie Curie, in Strasbourg. Following the graduation I continued my studies in the same town namely in the law school of the University Robert Schuman. During theses two years I have learned the French legal system (civil law, commercial law, competition law, administrative law, criminal law) as well as I had the possibility to acquire the basic legal terminology. From the autumn of 2004 I have continued my studies in the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Eötvös Loránd University as a full-time student.

During the law school I was legal assistant in Bézi-Jaczkó-Mészáros Law Office at first and then in Kománovics Law Office where I could have the possibility to acquire experience in the field of the operation of theses two dynamically developing law firms.

I started my trainee lawyer activity in Bálint, Kállai and Kende Law Office where I could meet actors of both of the private and public sector as well as their special requirements. My tasks were among others the preparation of written legal advice in English, Hungarian and French, legal translation, moreover I participated to the preparation of national and international legal actions, furthermore I acquired practice in every field of debt management.

I have been working in Szegő Judit Law Office since February 2012 as trainee lawyer. My main activities are besides the execution of company registration proceedings, the preparation of property sale and purchase and other civil contracts in Hungarian, English and French. Moreover I participate in other civil proceedings, and I give legal advice in the issues of labour law and data protection.

Since the criminal and civil qualification of the companies’ transactions is in the focus of my interest I applied to the postgraduate course called “lawyer specialized in economic criminal law” organized by the University of Pázmány Péter. The expected starting date of this course is in September 2012.
I believe that the profound theoretical knowledge, the analytical way of thinking, the appropriate demarcation of legal terms and the lifelong learning lead up to the successful client representation. That is why I always try to do my work according to these values keeping in mind the main interests of the clients.
